TEXTURES / WALL FINISHES
For a lasting Textured Wall Finish, Unitex SA has an extensive range of both trowel-on and roll-on finishes for both external and internal applications.
This is supported by a range of Render Coatings to suit all currently available substrates, including but not exclusively: brick, block work, FRC sheeting, AAC, plasterwork, tiles, even painted and glazed bricks, with one pass to provide a smooth flat surface ready to accept your choice of Coating.
All products are 'Polymer' based, not cement, and give excellent adhesion to all surfaces and being polymer based has the ability to absorb shrinkage and resist cracking. Texture coats can be tinted to most colours.
If required a top sealing coat of "Impact" membrane paint can also be applied, to match the texture finish. This gives the surface improved cleaning ability and is an advantage in a coastal application.
